- Ensure that all client needs are identified, met, and exceeded, by maintaining effective communication and up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
- Develop a strong understanding of the mobile marketplace and mobile media trends.
- Advise clients on revenue opportunities that leverage the company's full suite of mobile media services and partners.
- Lead in the development of business proposals and new initiatives.
- Track service activities and provide analysis based on forecasts and market factors.
- Manage the implementation of all client initiatives from initial design through launch and ongoing maintenance.
