- Leading consulting projects bringing next generate 4G Broadband (WiMAX) product strategy, requirements and project activities for major U.S. carrier. Product and technology activities include VoIP, LBS, Search and related platform infrastructure. Consulting functions include; Strategy, Product Concepts & Requirements, Partners/Sources, Roadmap/Milestones and Breakdown of functions and resources.
- Lead Business Development / Procurement function and team with contract agreements, partner relationships, strategies and deployment of data, voice and infrastructure technology.
- Lead mobile content business which managed Ringtones, Screen Savers and launched Mobile Search, along with branded applications of CityGuide and Moviefone. Lead a team that handled all elements of the business cycle, including strategy, vendor selection, product requirements, contract negotiations and product launch. Role included full business, organization management and P/L responsibility.
- Directed the Account Management and Business Development across North American carriers; Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Bell Mobility and Rogers. Established Canada's product strategy, while setting up a local team to re-energize the position and presence of AOL Mobile across Canadian carriers.
- Lead the product rollout and management of the company's entry into the mobile IM (instant messaging) market with rollouts to Sprint, T-Mobile and ATT Wireless carriers with WAP and the first embedded AIM clients.
- Product Managed Tegic's T9 North American and European OEM accounts (Nokia, Motorola, Siemens, Ericsson, etc.) for mobile devices.
