Product Development. Test advanced UMA cell phones, WIFI Access points, and the R&D UMA cell system. Write and debug test cases. Run interoperability Tests. Train new hires.

Capture/analyze packet data. Identify/document issues/bugs in the phones and/or the cell system. Set up and test WIFI Access Points. Install/Administer Unix and Windows systems. Lab set-up and run tests using Ramsey boxes; GSM Base Station; Azimuth computerized isolation chambers; Racal; IP Wave Network impairment Emulator; Internet Simulator; Wireless Sniffers; Remote Sniffers; RF test Chamber complete with 'head and hands'. Run Application battery drain tests.

Field and Drive testing. Tier 1, 2, 3 Helpdesk for UMA Beta testing. Interface with Telephone Equipment Manufacturers, Partners, Contractors, and other company organizations such as Network Engineering.
