Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent IT and Telecom Technology Manager, who has eighteen years experience in Telecom and Public Safety.

Some of her accomplishments include:

• Logistics support, capacity planning, evaluated and recommended component suppliers and vendor capabilities. Liaison to vendors/suppliers and DHS/ICE Office of Facilities Administration (OFA) to maintain product/process availability, working relationship, and 100% successful supply chain management of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Motorola antenna equipment, inventory and logistics support.
• Developed, recommended, and implemented strategy design approaches for products and processes across multiple RF and telecommunication T-1 and OC-3 circuit platforms for design engineering.
• Directly responsible for engineering activities of all DHS-ICE existing and new sites, maintenance and installation access, site renewals, hardware equipment, site implementation, document and deliverable preparation, presentation, submittal to ICE agencies, contracts, pricing and negotiation, monitoring and tracking, decommissioning of sites, and engineering tasks for telephone and fiber connections of over 200 commercially leased or government-owned facilities.
• Lead for Performance Engineering DHS Data Center Migration efforts in Wave1A and Wave 1B in upgrade of DS3s, HP and Sun servers, and end-user performance for compatibility, validation, verification, modeling and simulation, and statistical analysis (SaS). Effective use of Java virtual machines used with Sun servers to interpret coding schematics and develop options and recommendations for cross-domain cross-agency fingerprint matching networks.
