Some of his accomplishments include:

• Owner’s representative oversight for clients’ facilities maintenance, design, construction, development and renovation projects.
• Group planning and staffing assignment, PM oversight, PM guidance and mentoring, production control management, engineering oversight, contract oversight, process improvement, risk analysis, strategic direction, and evaluation of change orders including communications and presentations to top management on critical facilities
• Services are provided for wireless telecommunications, institutional, aviation, restaurant, retail shopping centers, and office buildings, interior build outs, mixed use, special use and hospitality facilities.
• Been responsible for budgets ranging from $130,000.00 to $200 million.
• Development coordination, including sourcing and administration of feasibility study, real estate acquisition, design, geotechnical exploration, construction and commissioning.
