We are currently representing an excellent Director of Cell Site Operations, who has 10 years experience in wireless site construction and maintenance, primarily in senior leadership roles.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Primary responsibility for all tower operations in 10-state market comprised of 5 operating regions.
• Executed 250 site LTE build as well as primary maintenance provider to Tier 1 Carrier.
• Successfully deployed, managed up to 60 crews serving multiple customers.
• Provided engineering support to operations for cell site, DAS and small cell initiatives.
• Established and guided successful wireless industry startup specializing in cellular site maintenance, inspections, test and related services.
• Hundreds of co-locations for nearly all major carriers and tower owners, growing maintenance operations profitably to over 10 states and 700 sites.

Our candidate is currently based in the Midwest and is willing to relocate anywhere.
