We are currently representing an excellent Wireless Project Manager, with 23 years of wireless experience including Project Management, Field Operations Management and Network Design.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Project managed new LTE installations and integrations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers from raw land through construction, to site turn-up.
• Managed bidding process, contractor management, daily management of construction crews, tower crews and construction managers, cost management and invoice review.
• As Field Operations Manager our candidate and his staff managed the largest microwave network for a Tier1 carrier and restructured their microwave network, thus reducing unlicensed microwave HOPs by fifty percent.
• Managed 3 field operations managers, 19 full-time technicians and 16 temporary technicians to support UMTS network build.
• Balanced budget for quarterly expenses and maintenance for approximately 1500 cell sites.
