Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who has 17 years of experience in retail telecom and consumer electronics.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Negotiated business terms and statement of work, and launched activation and fulfillment ecommerce websites for Dell, HP, and Nokia which resulted in 90,000 activations and$9M annually.
• Implemented direct to store vendor managed inventory program with Radio Shack and Best Buy reducing exposure to costs associated with overstock, price protection and end of life product management by more than $3M annually.
• Re-built major electronic company’s reputation and established leadership within the consumer electronics industry through product differentiation and go to market strategies as well as completing a financial turnaround for the company after years of losses prior to my arrival at the company. Sales Revenues increased from $118M annually prior to my arrival to $143M with overall P&L improving from [$16M] to Break-even in my first year .Successfully positioned for and completed sale of company.
• Assisted in the creation and implementation of an all encompassing retail distribution strategy for a subscription based wireless service for company owned stores, national retail and indirect dealer channel that led to 14 consecutive quarters of record growth within the industry.
• Member of the executive compensation committee that developed the commission and compensation programs for Sprint’s company owned retail store personnel and field sales organization.
