Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Construction Project Director, who has 15 years of experience with cell site construction, including site acquisition and development, leasing and zoning, and deployment. He is currently contracting and seeking a full-time employment opportunity.

Some of his accomplishments include:

• Manage project completions (LTE, UMTS, and all other modifications) for over 300 cell sites from issuance of work order to turn up including finance and timeline forecasts.
• Manage turf vendors to complete LTE, UMTS and MODs design and build, coordinate between the Tier1 Carrier C&E, RF Engineering, Turf and OEM vendors.
• Hired and managed 3rd party vendors for another 4G project and guided contract negotiation and documentation, pricing schedules, purchase orders, invoicing, and internal / client project status reporting.
• Oversaw budget of $1.5 Million.
