New Job Opportunity: Bilingual Field Applications Engineer (FAE) – Greater Los Angeles Area

Company Description:

Our client is a world leader in the connector space serving the telecommunications, automotive, industrial automation and consumer electronics space.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Works closely with our R&D and engineering team from HQ and Factory. Evening meetings will be held, FAE will be required to attend.
• Conduct technical training, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the company conveying engineering feedback for our R&D and engineering team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during integration and usage. (Support inside sales with customers)
• Travel to customer sites to support on-site technical requirements.
• Collaborate with focus accounts to understand their complete requirements.
• Open many avenues to find new customers and grow existing customers.

Qualifications:

• Must speak both Mandarin and English.
• EE Degree
• Work experience or strong interest in Interconnect.
• Knowledgeable on Interconnect
• Knowledgeable on Test Reports, SI reports, etc.
• Willingness to Learn
• Willing to Travel
• Ability to work collaboratively with R&D team to understand and communicate technical aspects of products.
