- We are seeking an Area Sales Director for the East US. This is a player/coach role where the Area Sales Director will both manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and bring in new business within their own accounts.
- Responsible for sales efforts that identify major programs within State and Local Governments and manage efforts to secure a capture position within those opportunities.
- The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years Land Mobile Radio system experience, including a track record of sales success to state, local and county government.
- Federal government sales experience is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
- Understanding of government contracts
- Experience selling to Public Safety customers.
- Capture management experience is a plus.
