Role Overview:

A successful full stack developer candidate is responsible for supporting the design, build and testing of full-stack software platform, including front-end web applications and back-end database for hardware platforms in datacenter and telecom installations. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to define software architectures and deploying services. The Full Stack Developer reports directly to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). This role is on-site, located in Melbourne on Florida’s Space Coast. The successful candidate must be a green card holder or a US citizen.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall development and execution of software solutions that seamlessly integrate with modern datacenter and telecom infrastructures;
• Participate in the qualification and performance improvements of software platforms based on customers’ needs;
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to realize synergistic business opportunities;
• Support and execute new development initiatives and programs to favorably position the company’s product portfolio in the marketplace;
• Play a key leadership role in the software engineering team to manage software product features, including data collection and processing to develop new features;
• Create security and data protection settings depending on the end user applications;
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain the highest standards for code quality and application design;
• Keep track of new development-related tools, frameworks, methods, and architectures.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, or related field;
• Strong track record to lead and execute complex full-stack project involving multiple frameworks;
• Proven ability to develop codes using multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, etc.);
• Proven ability to develop codes using multiple back-end languages (e.g.; C#, Java, Python, etc.) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g.; Angular, React, Node.js, etc.);
• Familiarity with databases (e.g.; MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g.; Apache) and UI/UX design;
• Strong knowledge in data visualization frameworks, data analysis and processing techniques;
• Thorough understanding of user experience, requirements and suggest product strategy;
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, or related field;
• Experience in IoT data transfer protocols and agent-based monitoring methods;
• Experience in deploying web applications and services on-premises or on cloud;
• Experience in automating DevOps pipeline to build, test, and maintain IT infrastructure;
• Knowledge of data center and telecom products, and corresponding market segments;
• Knowledge of air-based and liquid-based cooling technologies and product implementations;
• Ability to scale projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
