The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive verification strategies to ensure design functionality, reliability, and performance prior to silicon fabrication.
Working closely with Design, Architecture, Physical Design, DFT, and Product Engineering teams, the Logic Verification Engineer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality memory solutions that meet demanding customer and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain verification plans for digital logic blocks, memory controllers, and DRAM-related subsystems.
Create and enhance SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments for block-level and chip-level verification.
Design and execute directed, constrained-random, and coverage-driven test cases.
Analyze architecture specifications and RTL implementations to define verification requirements and identify potential design risks.
Develop assertions, scoreboards, checkers, and coverage models to ensure comprehensive functional verification.
Perform simulation, debugging, and root-cause analysis of design and verification issues.
Execute regression testing and monitor verification progress through functional and code coverage metrics.
Collaborate with RTL designers to resolve functional bugs and improve design quality.
Support verification of high-speed interfaces, memory timing logic, refresh management, power management, and error correction features.
Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve verification effectiveness and product quality.
Assist with silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation activities when required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification methodologies, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
