Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will develop new and existing streams of revenues within the West half of the US, to provide both initial growth and long-term sustainable business. The focus will be on direct sales of our client’s solutions to their market verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Design sales plans for strategic customers along with assessing costs and competition.
  • Work with the VP Sales and Marketing to develop sales strategies for all products to meet the agreed sales goals
