• Assumed role of under-performing teams in two different locations and achieved high levels of excellence from the carrier.
• During the Blackout in NY a few years back, network outage updates were at 45 minute intervals. Robert’s team put together tools that enabled updates every 15 minutes allowing repair crews to identify the specific outages and get repairs done and the network restored to service much quicker.
• Excellent collaborator: he was assigned a group that was in very bad shape with low performance ratings.
